I employ a CBT coaching framework because it is simply so effective at helping people take back control of their mindset and behaviours in a way that can create transformative and powerful results for you. It was considered the 'gold standard' of interventions and evidence-based when I was a health researcher thirty years ago and it still is now, especially when combined with other methods like coaching in a review of the research ( Beck et al 2006).
My coaching sessions are an hour long and give you the space to talk things through properly—without rushing or feeling Overwhelmed.
Most people choose to have a coaching session with me once a week, but that’s flexible. We can meet more or less often depending on what works best for you.
You can work with me remotely over zoom by video call, or in person at my calm, private office in Danbury or Maldon—whatever feels easiest and most comfortable, you can mix both zoom and face to face and many clients have done so in the past.
