How I Work
If you’ve never had coaching before, or you’re not sure how it all works, that’s completely normal. Many of my clients feel the same way at first.
The most important thing to know is that our sessions will not be focused on pressure, performance or quick fixes. I’m here to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, talk things through and start making real progress, at your own pace.
I use a proven, practical approach rooted in CBT-based coaching. No fluff- It’s a simple but powerful method that helps you understand what’s really driving your thoughts and behaviours, and gives you the tools to shift them.
I’ve seen it work again and again, especially when combined with other techniques like NLP. You don’t need to know all the technical terms, that’s my job. Your job is just to show up as you are.
The Changes You Can Expect to See
Over the years, I’ve seen clients move from chronic stress to a sense of calm they didn’t think was possible. I’ve seen people step away from self-doubt and finally go for the promotion, set the boundary, change careers, or simply feel more like themselves again.
You won’t become someone new. You will come back to who you were all along, but with more clarity and confidence.
Sessions are one hour long, giving you proper time to think, reflect and talk without rushing. Most people find that once a week works well, but we can go slower or faster depending on what suits you. There’s no pressure either way.
You can work with me online via Zoom, or in person at my quiet, private office in Danbury or Maldon. A lot of clients like to mix both, depending on what’s easiest that week.
If you’re unsure about what to expect or whether it’s the right time, I invite you on a free zoom session so you can ask any questions and see if it feels like a good fit.
