That's why I combine my unique experiences as a lead researcher, along with my extensive expertise in personal development. This integration allows me to cut through the 'noise' within the coaching industry and deliver the best coaching.
My ‘what works with whom’ approach has never left me and is my core value to creating effective coaching strategies that work. I use a combination of methods based on my skills in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and psychology-based approaches.
